North Miami Councilman Alix Desulme has been Selected to Receive the 2021 Good Samaritan Award

North Miami, FL – November 23, 2021

North Miami Councilman Alix Desulme has been selected as one of the recipients of the 2021 Good Samaritan Award. This prestigious award will be presented to Councilman Desulme on Thursday, November 25th, 2021 from 11:00am to 2:00pm at the 15th annual Haitian Community Thanksgiving Brunch. The event will be held at the Oasis located at 365 NE 61st Street, Miami, Fl 33137.

The Good Samaritan award recognizes the highest achievements in serving others; and celebrates individuals who are always there to lend a helping hand, particularly, when there is no recognition or praise for the work. Every year, the foundation recognizes leaders who continue to demonstrate loyalty, pastoral services, and dedication to the community. Past recipients of the Good Samaritan Award include Father Reginals Jean Mary and Dr. Marie Etienne.

“I’m incredibly humbled and thankful for being selected as a recipient for the 2021 Good Samaritan Award. I’d like to thank the Shulz Foundation for recognizing my community involvement and ongoing efforts to help those who are in need. From North Miami to Haiti, my compassion for the community is limitless and I continue to serve as a voice for those who may not be heard” stated Councilman Alix Desulme.
