City of North Miami to Host Annual Spring Egg Hunt and Earth Fair Family-Friendly Celebration at Enchanted Forest Park
NORTH MIAMI, FL (April 15, 2025)
The City of North Miami invites families to celebrate the joys of spring at the Annual Spring Egg Hunt and Earth Fair on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Enchanted Forest – Elaine Gordon Park, located at 1725 NE 135th Street, North Miami, FL 33181.
This beloved community tradition will offer a day filled with family fun, environmental awareness, and interactive entertainment. The Spring Egg Hunt, a paid activity for children ages 12 and under, will occur from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The egg hunt will begin promptly at 11 a.m., so guests are encouraged to arrive early for the best experience.
Immediately following, the Earth Fair will take place from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and is free and open to the public. Presented by Vice Mayor Kassandra Timothe, MPA, District 2, the fair will include educational exhibits, eco-friendly crafts, green living demonstrations, and more highlighting the City’s commitment to sustainability. Both the Spring Egg Hunt and Earth Fair will remain actively set up throughout the day for visitors to explore.
The event will also feature a butterfly release and book giveaway sponsored by Councilman Kevin A. Burns, District 1, face painting, bounce houses, food vendors, and special photo opportunities with the Spring Bunny.
To ensure smooth access to the event, complimentary parking, and continuous shuttle service will be available at 13015 Emerald Drive. Overflow parking will be provided at the American Czechoslovak Cultural Club, located at 13325 Arch Creek Road, North Miami, FL 33181. Shuttles will transport guests to the event entrance at NE 16th Avenue and NE 135th Street.
Pre-sale tickets for the egg hunt are available now via Eventbrite. Single tickets are $5, or guests can purchase the Bunny Hop Pack—a “buy four, get one free” offer—for $20. Tickets purchased at the gate will be $8, cash only. Eventbrite service fees apply at checkout.
Waste Pro will sponsor a hazardous waste collection site as part of the Earth Fair. Please note that hazardous waste items will be accepted through drive-thru drop-off only. A full list of eligible materials can be found at northmiamifl.gov/earthfair.
