On January 10, 2019, Detective Rocio Torres received a report from the mother of an 8-year old girl who became alarmed after her sister’s roommate made an unwelcomed comment about her daughter. Detective Gedeus Frederick received a second report involving the same subject, this time of a 6-year old girl that had been touched inappropriately.
