ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Contact Tracing is the process of quickly investigating, identifying, assessing, and managing people who have been exposed to a disease. The case documentation, timely reporting, and research can help public health officials reduce clusters, contain outbreaks, and limit the spread of COVID-19.
The City of North Miami in partnership with Florida International University is providing this online training to qualified City residents, with a certificate of participation and micro credential provided at completion. CareerSource will assist with job placement.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- 18 years or older
- Have a high school diploma
- City of North Miami resident
