The petition shall be filed with the City Clerk no later than the forty-fifth day preceding the next City election on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
Signatures needed to qualify by petition:
- Mayor and City Clerk - 3% of total registered voters in the City of North Miami
- Districts 1 and 4 - 3% of the registered voters in the respective district
Candidate petitions must be submitted no later than

- District 1: 3% of 8,67 - 245. 01 or 246
- District 2: 3% of 7,836 - 235.08 or 236
- District 3: 3% of 8,120 - 243.6 or 244
- District 4: 3% of 9,850 - 295.5 or 296
