The City of North Miami Presents the “Limin’ On De Plaza” Carnival Resource Fair, Featuring Kevin Lyttle, Inner Circle, and More

The City of North Miami invites the community to celebrate Caribbean American Heritage Month at “Limin’ On De Plaza,” a vibrant Carnival Resource Fair taking place Friday, June 6, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., at MOCA Plaza, 770 NE 125th Street, North Miami, FL 33161.
This FREE, family-friendly event promises an unforgettable evening of music, culture, and Caribbean flair. Headlining the festivities are international music sensations Kevin Lyttle and Inner Circle, along with a thrilling Battle of the DJ’s: Soca vs. Konpa, featuring DJ Sinistar and DJ Whiskey Chick.
The evening will also include a colorful band launch, live steel pan music, a fashion show, and a showcase of masqueraders. Families can enjoy the dedicated kids’ corner. Everyone is encouraged to join in the excitement of the DJ showdown that blends Caribbean rhythms with community pride.
Guests will also have access to valuable community resources through the Carnival Resource Fair, connecting residents to local services, programs, and vendors in a festive and engaging setting.
