Facility Rental Fee's & Information

The rental is for a four hour minimum. Your paid hours include Set Up, Event and Clean Up time and you will get chairs and 8 by 6 foot tables for 40 people. Failure to observe rental times will result in forfeit of deposit. This facility is “first come, first served” and rental must be made a minimum of 30 days in advance.

$100 Insurance Fee- Not refundable
$110 Security Deposit - Not refunded if cancelled by Lessee
$90 Rental fee for residents per hour
$110 Rental fee for non-residents per hour
