The purpose of this Solicitation is to solicit bids from qualified, licensed and experienced contractors and enter into a contract with the successful Bidder to provide all the necessary labor and materials, equipment, services and incidentals, including all associates site work and all appurtenant work to complete the construction of the parking lot consisting of 42 total parking spaces on NE 126th Street.
