Registration Now Open for the COVID-19 Vaccination Site in North Miami

Miami-Dade County will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccination site for all Florida residents ages 65 & over with a state-issued ID along with healthcare workers ages 18 & older with an agency ID.
Saturday, March 6, 2021 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Pre-Registration is Required. Please call the North Miami Office of the Mayor and Council at 305-895-9815 to pre-register by Friday, March 5th at 12:00 PM.

Requirements: North Miami Residents, age 65 and older.

To register for this waiting list, please call the Office of Mayor and Council at 305-895-9815 during office hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Must provide name, date of birth, phone number and email to receive notification of availability.

*This waiting list is not part of the Miami-Dade County and the Florida Department of Health waiting list.

For North Miami Homebound Residents

Limited Availability First Come - First Served
Requirements: Must be a homebound North Miami Resident that is 65 or older.
