The City of North Miami is offering rental assistance up to $8,000 to all North Miami residents who suffer a rent increase and/or are late in their payment.
Applications will be available on Tuesday, June 21, 2022.

Eligibility & Assistance Limits
Rental assistance is offered up to $8,000 to all North Miami residents. Eligible residents who were previously assisted with ETBRA Program funding can re-apply providing that the total amount of assistance does not exceed the $8,000 maximum allowed.
