Zoning Section is responsible for providing technical and professional recommendations to the public in order to ensure compliance with the Land Development Regulations and the Comprehensive Plan. Chapter 29 of the City of North Miami Code of Ordinance is now available on Gridics. The section also overseas existing development and redevelopment within its City limits.
