Permitting Process

Step1 Submit permit application along with the required documents
Step 2 Pay upfront fees (no cash)
Application Review Process Based on the scope of work on the application, it is reviewed by the applicable trades in the following order:
Zoning Flood Landscaping Structural Engineering Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Building

If the application is approved by all the required trades:	If the application is denied by any of the required trades:
The applicant will receive an email confirmation	The applicant will receive an email notification
Step 3a Applicant pays remaing fees & submit all required documents	Step 3b The applicant must address the issues and re-submit the plan to complete the review process
Permit card is issued to applicant
Step 4 Applicant request inspections
Permit is closed after final inspection is passed
