• TAB L - Proposed ordinance (Second Reading) amending Chapter 29 of the Code of Ordinances entitled "Land Development Regulations" by amending Article 5 entitled "Development Standards", Division 8 at Section 5-803 entitled "Transit Oriented Development Design Standards City-Wide" and at Section 5-804 entitled "Transit Oriented Design Standards Applicable on Major Corridors and Applications for Bonuses", to better align certain design standards to conform with either city wide or major corridor developments

• TAB M - Proposed ordinance (First Reading) amending Chapter 29, Article 5 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of North Miami, entitled "Development Standards," by creating a new division 21 entitled "Art in Public Places," to prescribe an art in public places program for the acquisition, management and maintenance of works of art in new public buildings as required by Miami-Dade County regulations

• TAB N - Proposed resolution adopting the recommendations contained in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) technical assistance panel report dated April 2009 for implementation through the city's annual budget, five-year capital improvement plan, and the city's comprehensive plan as may be necessary and/or appropriate; authorizing the city manager to take all action necessary to coordinate the implementation of the ULI recommendations with the CRA through the allocation of funds for redevelopment projects, programs and activities of the CRA
