• TAB G - Proposed ordinance (Second Reading) amending Chapter 7, Article III of the Code of Ordinances of the City of North Miami, entitled "Procurement Code," by amending Division 3 at Section 7-151, entitled "Procedure to provide preference to local business in city contracts," to include a preference to local businesses with a workforce consisting of at least ten percent of city residents prior to the city's issuance of the solicitation for supplies or services

• TAB H - Proposed ordinance (First Reading) amending Chapter 29 of the Code of Ordinances entitled "Land Development Regulations" by amending Article 5 entitled "Development Standards", Division 8 at Section 5-803 entitled "Transit Oriented Development Design Standards City-Wide" and at Section 5-804 entitled "Transit Oriented Design Standards Applicable on Major Corridors and Applications for Bonuses", to better align certain design standards to conform with either city wide or major corridor developments
