• TAB K - Proposed Ordinance (First Reading) repealing in its entirety, Chapter 12 of the Code of Ordinances, entitled nuisances and creating in lieu thereof, a new Chapter 12 entitled "Nuisances" to include definitions of terms pertaining thereto; providing for the regulation of unsafe buildings and structures; weeds and rubbish; burglar alarms; public nuisances; maintenance of swale areas; noise control regulations; penalties and fees for non-compliance

• TAB L - Proposed Ordinance (First Reading) amending Chapter 29 of the Code of Ordinances entitled "Land Development Regulations" by amending Article 4 entitled "Zoning Districts" at Division 4, entitled "Special Purpose and Overlay Districts" specifically at Section 4-401 entitled "Residential Office District" in addition to Section 4-404 entitled "Public Use District" in order to clarify the uses permitted, to conform with the future land use element of the Comprehensive Plan
