• TAB H - Proposed ordinance (First Reading) repealing in its entirety, Chapter 12 of the Code of Ordinances, entitled nuisances and creating in lieu thereof, a new Chapter 12 entitled "Nuisances" to include definitions of terms pertaining thereto; providing for the regulations of unsafe buildings and structures; weeds and rubbish; burglar alarms; public nuisances; maintenance of swale areas; noise control regulations; penalties and fees for non-compliance

• TAB I - Proposed resolution urging the legislature to enact a $2.00 per day car rental surcharge to save tri-rail from default
• TAB J - Proposed resolution recommending Tolar Manufacturing's" "Euro" bus shelter or substantially similar design, and supporting the attached priority bus shelter location map for up to thirty (30) shelters as part of the expenditure of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) transit funds made available through the interlocal agreement with Miami-Dade Transit executed on October 27, 2009
