• TAB J - Proposed ordinance (First Reading) amending Chapter 29 of the Code of Ordinances entitled "Land Development Regulations", by amending Article 4, Division 3 entitled "Non-Residential Districts", specifically at Section 4-302 entitled "Uses Permitted", to establish museums in C-3 and M-1, studios (fine arts) and banquet uses in M-1, and liquor package stores in the C-1, C-2BW and C-2BE non-residential zoning districts, to encourage economic growth consistent with the intent of the comprehensive plan (Continued from January 12, 2010 Council Meeting)
• TAB K - Proposed ordinance (First Reading) amending Chapter 29 of the Code of Ordinances entitled "Land Development Regulations" by amending Article 7 entitled "Definition," to define studios (fine arts) and liquor package stores in order to further clarify the uses permissible in certain zoning designations (Continued from January 12, 2010 Council Meeting)

• TAB M - Proposed resolution authorizing a loan in the principal amount of not exceeding $19,800,000 in order to refinance the city's taxable special obligation refunding bonds (Pension Funding Project), series 2002 and pay a termination fee due with respect to an interest rate swap; approving the forms of and authorizing the execution by the mayor or vice mayor of a confirmation of the termination of an interest rate swap, a promissory note and a loan agreement with Bank of America, N.A.
• TAB N - Proposed resolution opposing an amendment (amendment 4) to the Florida Constitution that would require voters to decide all changes to a city or county's comprehensive plan encouraging the citizens of North Miami to vote "NO" on said amendment at the general election scheduled for November, 2010 (Continued from the January 12, 2010 Council Meeting)
